Please contact the Israel Aquarium and the Biblical Zoo Information and Reservation Center on 02-675-111 (Sundays - Thursdays from 9 am to 3 pm) to book a new date. We can't wait to see you at the Aquarium!

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your booking time by sending an email to:Office@israelaquarium.org.il. Responses to inquiries will be given within 7 business days

Visitors with disabilities

You must arrive at the main entrance of the Israel Aquarium 15 minutes prior to the start time of your tour/time slot for which you have purchased a ticket. Parking is available at the Aquarium entrance.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AQUARIUM ENTRANCE IS SITUATED 1 KM AWAY FROM THE ZOO’S MAIN ENTRANCE.YOU CAN TAKE BUS NUMBER 26A TO THE AQUARIUM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE AQUARIUM FROM INSIDE THE ZOO.

The Aquarium visit is a very different experience to a zoo visit. so please help us to ensure a high-quality visitor experience by obeying the rules of the Aquarium. These include maintaining a quiet atmosphere, refraining from using flash photography (regular photography is permitted); and not bringing food inside the Aquarium building.
